Terry Van Bibber, JD

Chairman of the Board, Founder and CEO

Since 1999 Mr. Van Bibber designed, built and deployed SaaS Enterprise Compliant based Document Transmittal Work Flows. These Socially Interactive document workflows enable users to Securely Transmit, Authenticate, Sign and Notarize electronically, documents to partners and clients. Mr. Van Bibber is responsible for many firsts including: the first to digitally sign, notarize and record a lending instrument in California; the first to include the complete notarial act within a document workflow platform and the first to perform a bio coastal video notarization of a legal document. Mr. Van Bibber has been an executive most of his professional career within the financial services and digital document industries. He has been a panelist or speaker at many venues including; legal issues for MBA, the National Notary Association's National Conference and the national rollout of signature standards in Washington DC.

Rod Vesling


Mr. Vesling was most recently President of Softpro where he led the company in the e-signature and fraud detection space and helped to position it for its eventual sale to Kofax, Inc. Rod has over 15 years of operating experience in the Digital Transaction Management, Enterprise Content Management, and data storage industries. Prior to Softpro, he was a Senior Vice President and Officer at Interlink Electronics (acquired by Topaz).

Additionally, Rod has held leadership roles in sales, marketing, and business development at Plasmon (formally LMS, a division of Philips Electronics) and the Eastman Kodak Company. Rod has led or managed numerous successful M&A transactions and regularly cultivated strategic partnerships. He has extensive international experience.

Mr. Vesling holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Organization and Competitive Strategy from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Lawrence University.

Russ Davis

Technology Advisor, Director

Mr. Davis has a long career in technology, services and operations. Mr. Davis is currently serving as Chief Technical Officer/Advisor & Director for Safedocs and is the Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of Emerging Solutions for Bay Microsystems, a WAN equipment supplier to the US Federal Government. Prior to this assignment he co-founded a small under-funded SaaS based services business which was acquired in 2013, co-founded Ambiq Technology in 2010 which launched projects in Russia and Sri Lanka for NFC based transportation solutions, served as Chief Technical Officer & Vice President Product Development for CIC for 13 years which included achieving almost a $1B market capitalization as a public company, he was Director of Services for a PC manufacturer for 5 years (acquired by FPG), managed regional field services for a fortune 250 telecom company for 5 years (acquired by Sprint), and served 6 years in the US Navy.

William Gimbel

Vice President Business Development

Mr. Gimbel, has been involved in all aspects of the notary space for over 18 years where he grew a start up regional notary signing service business (5 counties and 12 notaries) enterprise to prominent national levels. Serving a broad spectrum of industries including financial, legal, educational, governmental and securities. Ultimately building and managing a nationwide network of 63,000 independent notaries & attorneys conducting as many as 5,100 notarizations per day serving fortune 500 institutions.

Along the way he has been a sought after speaker/consultant at National Notary, National Secretary of State and Mortgage Bankers Associations. As a dedicated professional he has published training, testing and certification programs for notaries serving various industries. These accomplishments led him to be honored by the National Notary Association as one of the 50 most influential people in the last 50 years, along with President Clinton and Mitt Romney.

At the Mortgage Bankers Association he played a key role in the first e-mortgage i- guide developed by MISMO, the technology sub-group of the MBA. While there he was tasked with writing white papers on e-mortgage and to participate in the crafting of e-signing guidelines nationwide.

Kurt Neumann

Director and IT Partner

Mr. Neumann is co-founder and partner of Quimbik; Safedocs' strategic IT partner. He has developed Quimbik into a thriving software development firm used by fortune 100 firms. Mr. Neumann's expertise includes developing and support major national trading platforms; high volume commercial websites; dynamic large scale data and storage platforms all within high security environments.
